I have many titles, but my favorite titles are mommy, and wife.  I am fitness competitor, entrepreneur, and crafter.  Christ has blessed me with a story that worth telling.

My blog is my testimony.  Every composition that I share, and every message that I post is real and I pray it touches the heart of every reader and subscriber.  My mission is to help people understand health and wellness, and encourage normalizing conversation about the reality of infertility, and gain knowledge about postpartum recovery both the physical and mental.
